Here's what they don't tell you

I'm not a fan of Elizabeth Gilbert. By the time the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" came out around the time I was getting divorced. It horrified me.

Self-indulgent insanity.

I preferred her book "Committed" about marriage because that's what I believed in.

Now she's reveled her hidden truth: she's a sex and love addict.

It's no surprise.

Obviously, she is.

When I worked for Neil Strauss back in 2018, he'd just written his book about sex and love addiction, "The Truth: An Uncomfortable Book About Relationships." I was a facilitating coach at his men's transformational weekend intensives.*

Over the years I've worked with celebrities, olympic athletes, CEO's and all kinds of business professionals.

Their common hidden secret?

Addiction issues. They come up in all shapes and sizes.

Addicted to validation, money, people, sex and substances.

And the truth is, THERE'S NO SHAME IN ADDICTION when you actually deal with it.

It's when you're doing the mental gymnastics to justify and hide it that life becomes unmanageable and things get weird and awkward. Like writing books with 3-step solutions called "Eat, Pray, Love" and blaming your husband, country and religion instead of dealing with your addiction to people, places and things.

Before I got sober,

I wrote a self-help book too! (you'll find that lots of people who say that all they want to do is to help others - are misdirected addicts in need of recovery). I was one of them. I get it.

I coach a lot of people for a lot of different things, and do tarot readings and psychic sessions, so no one has to know if you're coming to be for addiction related things. It's totally between us.

It's entirely self diagnosed, I'm just here to guide you toward sobriety as you navigate life with the new challenges and rewards it brings.
