I got you...

I am a sweet-treat kind of person. From mochas, to cupcakes to cookies to chocolates to... F U D G E ! ! !

Is there anything more delicious than that melt-in-your-mouth, caramel-rich, velvety-smooth taste of fudge?

I don't think so.

Lately, it's been all I can think about.

Those golden-brown bites of pure indulgence and delight.

So I started making fudge.

And selling it at the local market.

And mixing it into iced-whipped-coffees, and sprinkling it into cereal, and baking it into cookies, and melting it into syrups and basically getting all fudged up.

As I settle into this new Island Life, making fudge has been a magically grounding experience.

It's demanding.

You need to give fudge your full attention or it can bubble up and burn you, and get burned, and crystalize and do all sorts of dangerous and tricky things.

Years of candle making have been great practice for the timing and temperature monitoring that fudge requires.

And I'm happy to say that my fudge is incredible. I'm eating some as I type this.

The ingredients are the best quality, and I pour love into each and every batch (plus a few spells and good-luck charms cause you know me!)
